风险管理在某型直升机热加油试验的应用

摘 要：直升机热加油能力已经成为战斗力提升的主要方向之一。直升机在不停车的状态下开展压力加油存在安全隐患，可能造成严重的航空地面事故。本研究以某型直升机热加油试验为例，通过安全风险管理活动进行风险识别和风险管理，识别出严重危险源并制定缓解措施，为后续试飞安全管理和直升机热加油试验提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract： The ability of fueling during running period of the helicopter has already become a main major of the subject of the promotion of the fighting capacity of helicopters. It is risk for a helicopter to take the fueling operation during running period， and the operation may cause severe aero-ground accident. This passage provides some advice by giving the measures and the information of the danger after identifying and managing the risk of the experiment of fueling of a helicopter during running period.
