摘 要：详细介绍了液压支架油缸再制造中合金熔覆技术的应用情况，并论述了合金熔覆技术在设备、工艺、材料选择及特性、产品性能特点等方面的要求，最后证实了合金熔覆技术在液压支架油缸再制造中的可行性和合理性。

Abstract： Introduced the application of alloy cladding technology in the remanufacturing of hydraulic support cylinder in detail， and discusses the requirements of alloy cladding technology in equipment， process， material selection and characteristics， product performance characteristics and so on. Finally， it proves the feasibility and rationality of alloy cladding technology in the remanufacturing of hydraulic support cylinder.
