10 T压力机的液压系统设计

摘 要:主要研究10 T压力机的流体传动系统设计。首先,分析压力机的设计和使用要求,根据压力机的吨位,初选压力机的工作压力,确定液压缸的内径及活塞杆的直径。然后,根据使用要求和工作循环过程确定液压系统的回路,分析电磁铁的动作顺序和流动传动回路的工作原理。最后,对液压泵及液压元件等进行选择。

Abstract: Mainly researched the hydraulic system design of 10 T small hydraulic press. Firstly, the design and use requirements of the hydraulic press are analyzed. According to the tonnage of the hydraulic press and the working pressure of the hydraulic press, the inner diameter of the hydraulic cylinder and the diameter of the piston rod are determined. At the same time, the circuit of the hydraulic system is determined according to the use requirements and working cycle process, and the electromagnetic The action sequence of the iron and the working principle of the hydraulic circuit. Finally, the hydraulic pump and hydraulic components are selected.
