Abstract： The significance of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture in guiding the revitalization of rural culture in the New Era should be profoundly understood from the strategic heights of national strategy，the people's needs，and cultural confidence.Facing the practical diffculties encountered in rural cultural revitalization， we should uphold the Party's leadership over cultural work to maintain the political orientation of rural cultural development，adhere to the people-first philosophy to lay a solid value foundation for rural cultural revitalization， promote the integration of elements in the rural cultural system through reform and innovation， and establish a sound rural cultural governance mechanism to provide guarantees and strong impetus for rural cultural revitalization. Guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Culture， we will consolidate the practical power ofrural cultural revitalization by inheriting the excelent traditional rural culture，reshaping the value of rural culture， stimulating the innovation and creativity of rural culture with cultural confidence， advancing the integrity and innovation of rural culture， furthering the integrated development of urban and rural culture， maintaining“hometown nostalgia”，and coordinating cultural undertakings with high-quality industrial development.
