基于博弈论-VIKOR法的科研项目立项评审研究

摘要：针对科研项目立项评审的特点，建立了基于博弈论-VIKOR法的科研项目立项评审模型。目的在于提高定性指标定量化处理的科学性，并通过具体科研项目评审实例描述该方法的运用过程。表明了该方法具有科学性、有效性与可操作性。

Abstract： Aiming at the characteristics of research project evaluation， a research project evaluation model based on game theory-VIKOR method was established. The purpose is to improve the scientific nature of the quantitative treatment of qualitative indicators， and describe the application process of the method through specific research projects. It shows that the method is scientific， effective and operable.
