Abstract:Toaddresstheissuesoflowaccuracycomplexoperation,andhighcostassociatedwiththecuentscaling calibration methods forprecisionplatinumresistance digital thermometers,astudyonthecalibrationmethod and experimentalresearchof precisionplatinumresistancedigitalthermometers isconducted.Initialy,thepaperoutlies the structure and working principleof precision platinum resistance digital thermometers,using a PT1oo platinum resistance sensors and precision electric measurement modules to achieve high-accuracyand stable temperature measurement.Then three scalingmethodsareintroduced:thepolyomialsaling method,I-90interationaltemperaturescalemethod,adthe CVD equationmethod,withthedeterminationof scaling coefficientsand parametersforeach method.Finally,calibration experimentsanderoranalysisareperformedontheprecision platinumresistance digital thermometer.The testresults indicate that the three scaling methods errors are all within ±0.03∘C ,and the CVD equation calibration method stands out for its simplicity and cost-effectiveness,making it suitable for precise temperature measurements.
