AMF和ZNC对黄瓜和番茄幼苗生长以及耐低温弱光能力的影响

Abstract:This studyused cucumber'Xintai Mici'and tomato'D2856'as test materials toinvestigate the effectsof Arbuscular mycorhizal fungi(AMF)andtheextractof Paecilomycesvariotii,known as Zhineng Cong (ZNC),onthe growth and antioxidant system activity of cucumber and tomato seedlings under low temperature and low light conditions 15∘C/8∘C , 80μmol⋅m-2⋅s-1 ,LL).Seedlingswere treated withLL for7daysat two leaves stage,and rootapplied substrate weight ratio of 1% AMF LL+AMF )and sprayed with 10mL of 10ng⋅mL-1 ZNC LL+ZNC )under LL,with normal temperature and light as the control ( 28∘C/18∘C , 600μmol⋅m-2⋅s-1 , CK). The results showed that LL significantlyreducedtheseedling index androot activityofcucumberand tomato,inhibitedplant growth,and increased the activities of SOD andPOD and the content of soluble sugar and protein in cucumber and tomato seedlings, indicating that LL caused membrane lipid peroxidation in plants.The application of AMFand ZNC under LL significantly increased the soluble sugar content as well as POD and CAT activities of cucumber and tomato.Among them,the strong seedling index of cucumber was significantly increased by 19.4% and 11.1% with AMF and ZNC, respectively,compared with that ofLL; the root vigor and soluble sugar content of tomato seedlings were increased by 22.7% and 14.8% , 31.9% and 26.9% . In summary,under the conditions of this experiment,AMF and ZNC could alleviate the membrane lipid peroxidationcaused by low temperature and low light stressin cucumberand tomato sedlings by enhancing their antioxidant enzyme activities and osmotic adjustmentcapacity,thereby mitigating the growth inhibition induced by low temperature and low light.
