Abstract:Abscisicacid(ABA)playsacrucialrolewhen plantsarecoping withabiotic stresses.NCEDexerts important regulatory efects in thesynthesisofABAinorganisms.Thisresearchanalyzes themembersofappleNCEDgenefamily through bioinformatics methods,then detects the expressonof apple MdNCEDs under diffrent drought and salt stress conditions using expresionprofiles.Theresults show that18MdNCEDgene familymembers are identified in this study. Chromosomelocalizationanalysis indicates that thesemembersaredistributedon1Ochromosomes.Themolecularweightof MdNCEDs is 46.47-76.36kD ,and the isoelectric point (pI) is between 5.2-7.63.A variety of functional elements relates to stress hormones and responses to abiotic stressare detected inapple MdNCEDpromotersequence.Gene structure analysis revealstatthestructureofMdNCEDgeneishighlyconsistent.Theresultsofcolinearityanalysisdemonstratthat duplication events occur between some genes.The expresson data shows that compared with CK(O h),three genes (MdMYB3,MdMYB11,MdMMYB18)are up-regulated,and four genes (MdMYB1、MdMYB6、MdMYB13、MdMYB17)are down-regulatedunderhigh-saltand droughtstressconditions.ThereisnoobviousregularityintheexpresionofMdMYB4 and MdMYB14orsignificant diferences inthefour genes (MdMYB5,MdMYB8,MdMYB9,MdMYB16).This paper provides a basic theoretical basis for further analysis of the function of MdNCED genes in apple.
