氨基寡糖素与外源物质复配对低温环境下高梁种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响

Abstract:This studyaims to explore the efects of amino-oligosaccharinandvarious exogenous substanceson sorghum sedgermination,seedlingmorphology,andphysiologicalcharacteristicsunderlow-temperatureconditions,thisstudyused thesorghumvarietyRedTassel'isusedastheresearch material.Soakingandhydroponicmethodsareemployed to investigate the impactof amino-oligosaccharides(AS)combined with differentconcentrations of sodium nitropruside(SNP), γ -aminobutyricacid(GABA),andsalicylicacid(SA)onsorghumsd germination,seedling height,root length,basalstem diameter,freshnddrysootweight,freshnddryootweight,zymeactivityandchlorophyllfuorescenceparameters.he findings are as follows:Soaking with 0.70 mmol/L AS+0.60 mmol/L GABA yields the best results for seed germination,while 0.70mmol/LAS+0.25 mmol/L SA inhibits germination. Soakingwith 0.70mmol/L AS+0.03 mmol/L SNP and 0.70mmol/L AS+0.50 mmol/L SA promoted seedling growth.Soaking with 0.70 mmol/L AS+ 0.03 mmol/L SNP and 0.70 mmol/L AS+ 0.60mmol/L GABA enhances sorghum cold tolerance.In conclusion, 0.70 mmol/LAS+0.03 mmol/LSNP is the optimum concentration for seed dipping.Hydroponic treatment with 3.0mmol/L AS +1.0 mmol/L GABA shows the best results for promoting seedling growth.These findings providea theoretical basis for the development of seed treatment agents to enhance seed germination, seedling growth,and cold tolerance in sorghum.
