Abstract:As the volume of coiled tubing operation and safety risk factors during operation process increase every day,higher requirements are put forward for thefocus time and emergencyresponse abilityof operators.To improve operational safety and efciency,classification and risk assessment were conducted for surface equipment,downhole related technologies and equipment operations.Acoiled tubing operation risk assessment module integrating expert experience andreal-timedata was proposed,and the module was applied inthe field.The application results showthat the potential risks can be warned inadvanceand evaluated comprehensively through quantitative analysis algorithm.The algorithm module is developed by using C++ programming language,realizing the functions ofreal-time threshold alarm,riskassessment andanomaly prediction.Theapplicationofthis module will effectively evaluate thepotential risk points intheoperationprocess,reducethe burdenonoperators,and improve thesafetyand effciency of operations.The conclusions drawn provide reference for the risk assessment of coiled tubing operation.
