Abstract: The advancement of Internet of Things(IoT) technology has provided the oil and gas field development withabundantandreal-timedata.However,how tofulyandeectivelyutilize thesedatato guideoil and gas production has becomean important topic in digital and intelligent practice ofoil fields at home andabroad.In view of thelarge platform cluster welldevelopment mode widelyapplied inmajoroilfields in China,the application of currentIoT technology in the productionof large platform cluster wels was analyzed,andanadaptivecontrol strategy for rodless pumps in large platform cluster wels integrating improved genetic algorithm and fuzzy PID controltheory was proposed.To verify the feasibilityof thestrategy,simulation was carried outusing tools such as MRSTand Fuzzy Logic Controller.The study results show that compared to simulations without this strategy,the cumulative oil production within one year is higher,and the changes in water cut volume fraction and gas cut volume fraction in each wellare more stable.This finding not onlyconfirms the effectivenessof the proposed controlstrategy in improving development eficiency,but also provides valuable theoretical and practical guidance for the large platform development of onshore and ofshore oil and gas fields in China.
