三级甲等医院护士职业延迟满足、职业生涯管理及职业认同的相关性研究

Abstract  Objective:To explore the relationship among nurses' vocational delay of gratification(VDOG),career management,and career identity to provide a scientific and effective basis for nursing management in tertiary grad A hospitals.Methods:In October 2021,a random sampling survey was conducted among 520 nurses in a tertiary grade A hospital using the Occupational Delay Gratification Scale (ODGS),the Nurses Career Management Scale,and the Chinese version of the Nurse's Career Identity Scale in Wenjuanxing platform.Results:The scores of ODGS of nurses in tertiary grade A hospitals were(24.56±3.67) points,the scores of nurses' career management were(104.01±17.13) points,and the scores of nurses' career identity were(119.05±18.93) points.Nurses with different working years,professional titles,marital status,income,and whether the specialist nurse had statistically significant differences in ODGS scores(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression showed that VDOG had a linear correlation with nurses' career management and career identity(P<0.05).Conclusions:Nurses' VDOG,career management,and career identity had mutual effects among nurses in tertiary grade A hospitals.Nursing managers could improve their career management level and career identity by cultivating nurses' VDOG.
