Abstract  Objective：To construct a scientific，standardized and feasible OSCE evaluation index system for nurses，clinical ability of non-invasive positive pressure ventilation.Methods：Based on literature analysis，OSCE evaluation index system nurses，clinical ability of non-invasive positive pressure ventilation was preliminarily constructed by panel discussion.After Delphi expert consultation and statistical analysis of inquiries' results，the OSCE evaluation indexes were finally determined.Results：The OSCE evaluation index system for nurses，clinical ability of non-invasive positive pressure ventilation included 5 first⁃level indicators，which were Pre-ventilation assessment，implementation of ventilation，ventilation safety，evacuation of ventilators，and disinfection of ventilators，involving 21 second⁃level indicators and 77 three⁃level indicators.The degree of enthusiasm，authority and coordination of opinions of correspondence experts are high.Conclusion：OSCE evaluation index system for nurses，clinical ability of non⁃invasive positive pressure ventilation can provide objective，operable and quantifiable evaluation criteria for the evaluation of nurses，clinical practice ability of non-invasive positive pressure ventilation.
