孤独症谱系障碍患儿父母养育倦怠现状及影响因素

Abstract  Objective：To investigate the status quo and influencing factors of parenting burnout among parents of children with autism spectrum disorder（ASD）.Methods：From June 2021 to May 2022，a total of 298 parents of children with ASD treated in 4 hospitals in Haikou city were selected as the research subjects.General information questionnaire，Parental Burnout Assessment（PBA），Children Autism Rating Scale（CARS），Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire（SCSQ），and Perceived Social Support Scale（PSSS） were used for assessment.Results：The PBA score of parents of ASD children was（89.40±26.45） points.Education level，relationship with the child，severity of autism symptoms，positive coping，and perception of social support were the main influencing factors of parenting burnout，which could explain 51.3% of the variance.Conclusions：Parents of children with ASD had a high level of parenting burnout.Clinical medical staff should pay attention to the level of parenting burnout of parents of children with ASD，especially to parents with low education and high severity of illness，and guide them to actively respond，improve the level of perceived social support，and reduce the level of parenting burnout.
