Abstract：Withthecontinuous expansionof theenrollmentscale，postgraduatestudents have graduallybecome themaingroupof scientificresearchactivitiesinourcountryChinastronglyadvocateshighereducationtotaketheroadof"qualitypromotionasthe coreoftheinteraldevelopment"，butacademicburnoutserouslyrestrictstheimprovementof thequalityof gaduateeducation. This studyconductedaquestionniresurveyon3O4postgraduatestudents，identifiedprofesionalidentity，lackofresources， academicpresureandself-effcacyasthefourmajorinfluencingfactorsofacademicburout，ndStructuralEquation Modeling was usedtoexploretheinfluencingmechanismofpostgraduateacademicburnout.Itisfoundthatresourcedeficiencyandacademic stresshaveapositiveimpactonacademicburnout，whileprofessionalidentityandself-effcacyhaveanegativeimpact，and profesionalidentityesoucedeficiencyndacademicstresswillhaveanimpactonacademicbumout throughself-effcacy，selfeficacyplaysanintermediaryrole.Therefore，weshouldimprovethetrainingmodeofpostgraduates，strengthentheincentiverole oftutors，fullprotectacademicresources，ndpostgraduatestudentsthemselvessouldcultivateeffcientlaingstylstodce burnout behavior.
