Abstract:Withthecontinuous expansionof theenrollmentscale,postgraduatestudents have graduallybecome themaingroupof scientificresearchactivitiesinourcountryChinastronglyadvocateshighereducationtotaketheroadof"qualitypromotionasthe coreoftheinteraldevelopment",butacademicburnoutserouslyrestrictstheimprovementof thequalityof gaduateeducation. This studyconductedaquestionniresurveyon3O4postgraduatestudents,identifiedprofesionalidentity,lackofresources, academicpresureandself-effcacyasthefourmajorinfluencingfactorsofacademicburout,ndStructuralEquation Modeling was usedtoexploretheinfluencingmechanismofpostgraduateacademicburnout.Itisfoundthatresourcedeficiencyandacademic stresshaveapositiveimpactonacademicburnout,whileprofessionalidentityandself-effcacyhaveanegativeimpact,and profesionalidentityesoucedeficiencyndacademicstresswillhaveanimpactonacademicbumout throughself-effcacy,selfeficacyplaysanintermediaryrole.Therefore,weshouldimprovethetrainingmodeofpostgraduates,strengthentheincentiverole oftutors,fullprotectacademicresources,ndpostgraduatestudentsthemselvessouldcultivateeffcientlaingstylstodce burnout behavior.
