Topological Optimization of Vehicle Roof Welding Spots Based on Static and Dynamic Multiple Conditions

Abstract: In view of the problems of redundancy and weakness of welding spots in the roof structure of stainless steel vehicle body,a topological optimization method of welding spots based on static and dynamic multiple conditions is proposed. On the premise of satisfying the static and dynamic performance of the vehicle body, the compromise programming method is used to integrate the static and dynamic multiple conditions,and theanalytic hierarchy process is used to assign the weight coeficients of each working condition.Through topological optimization of the roof submodel,the distribution law of welding spots is analyzed,and a new welding spots layout scheme isobtained.The performance of the optimized vehicle body meets the requirements, and the number of welding spots is reduced to 66.06% of the original scheme.The results show that the topological optimization method of welding spots based on static and dynamic multiple conditions can guide the welding spots layout efectively,and reduce the number of welding spots significantly while ensuring the performance of vehicle body.

轨道车辆车体分布有成千上万的焊点,其焊点布置及间距会严重影响焊接变形和残余应力,而且可能导致部分区域焊点数量出现冗余,而部分薄弱区域的焊点数量较少导致承载能力不足,使车体局部结构易发生屈曲等问题,影响车体整个结构性能[1]。(剩余6077字)
