百叶窗翅片结构参数对中冷器散热性能影响研究

Abstract ∵ In order to study the influence of louver fin structural parameters on the heat dissipation performance of intercooler,relevant simulation wascaried out based on ANSYS Fluent.In this study,the turbulence k-ω SST turbulence model selected in Fluent simulation was used to study the influence of louver fin structure parameters such as fin opening Angle,fin thickness and fin spacing on the heat disipation performance of intercooler. The effects of window slit angle of louvre fins (21~33∘) ,thickness ( 0.12~0.21mm )and spacing L (1.5~2.4mm) on the heat dissipation performance of intercooler when the external wind speed is controlled at 23~38m/s are discussed. The results show that with the increase of slit angle of louvre fins,fin thickness and fin spacing,the heat transfer performance is improved to a certain extent,and the flowresistance is also increased. After the introduction of the comprehensive evaluation index (JF),itisfound that the heat dissipation performance of the intercooler is better when the slit angle of louvre fins is 21∘ ,the fin thickness is 0.21mm and the fin spacing is 1.5mm
