西双版纳野生稻根际细菌群落结构及功能特征分析

Abstract:Torevealthecommunitystructureandspeciesdiversityofrhizospheresoilbacteriaintheoriginalhabitatofwildricein Xishuangana,theeildics(OryzagraulatBail,ryfinalisWall,OryufupoonGrif.,)colletedinisa YunanProvincewereselectedastheresearchsubjects.Basedonhigh-throughputsequencingtechnologyandsoilphysicochmical properties,eeplordteactoschtedtedirecsinomposiioofesprebcteracomuitisoftheild ricespeciesandanalyedthefunctionalpredictionofthebacterialcommunities.Theresultsshowedthatsoilorganicmater(SOM),total nitrogen(TN),available potassium(AK)and available nitrogen(AN) content of o ·granulata were significantly higher than those of O.officinalis( P<0.05 ),indicatingthebestnutrientstatus.Therhizosphere microbiotaofwildricebelongedto6phylaand3genera,inwhich Proteobacteria was the dominant phylum in the three wild rice species with relative abundance more than 70% . The genus with the greatest abundance in o .granulatawasRalstonia 34.53% ),and in o .officinalis( 25.86% )and o .rufupogonwas Sphingomonas( 29.74% ). AK and SOMcontentandpHwerepositivelycorelatedwiththerelativeabundanceofSphingomonasspp.,whileavailable(AP)andAKcontent were positively correlated with relative abundances of Ralstonia spp.and Sphingomonas spp.( P<0.05 ).Carbohydrate and amino acid metabolismpathaysweretheainfunctionalomponents,speciallpromientinthesythesisanddegradationofketonebodiesand bacterialchemotais.Ingneralignificantdiferenceexistineichessommunityucture,andfuncioaldivesityofte rhizospheremicrobiotaamong thethreewildricespecies.Theresultsenrichtheiologicalinformationonthestructureandfunctionofwild ricesrhzosphrecteralommuitis,ndmayprovideoreicalasisfortonseationndatioalutlatiofteocsf wild rices.
