Support technology of ultra-close interval tunnel under existing station

Abstract: In order to reduce the settlement caused by the construction of the ultra-close interval tunnel under the existing station,the excavation support technology of the ultra-close interval tunnel under the existing station is studied by using the MIDAS GTS numerical simulation software,and the surface settement,the setlement of the existing station and the stress condition of the existing station are compared under four working conditions. The results show that when the advanced grouting reinforcement is combined with the advanced pipe shed support,the surface settlement and the setlement of the existing station are controlled at 3.0mm and 6.4mm ,and the maximum tensile stress of the existing structure is only 1.35MPa ,and the measured data are consistent with the simulation results,which can provide a reference for the same type of project.
