Abstract:As to the issue of long modeling time,low effciency,and poor portability of traditional tower crane structures building information modeling(BIM),the tower crane structure is split into multiple component models,and the idea of hierarchical modeling of positioning points is proposed,and the parametric modeling of tower crane components isachieved using Dynamo software. This parametrc modeling technology has good portability,can shorten model modification time,and can greatly improve the modeling eficiency of tower crane structure BIM,and has good engineering application value.
