Abstract:To help the localization of CAE software,focusing on the crosswind issue encountered in the open line operation of trains in the rail transit industry,a three-car high-speed trains is simulated using three-dimensional steady incompresble Reynolds time averaged N-S equation and standard k ε (20 turbulence model.Numerical simulation results of different crosswind conditions using INTESIM software is compared with the results of FLUENT software simulation under the same parameter setings. The results show that the pressure distribution on the car body surface and the speed distribution around the train by INTESIM software are consistent with the calculation results of FLUENT software,and the error of the pressure monitoring points on the train surface is not more than 10% ,which verifies that INTESIM software is accurate in the outflow field characteristics computation of the open line operation of trains.
