【Abstract]It is easyto have asmalltop view oralarge lighting area during the process of sunroof design,therefore,this paperintroducestheconceptofsunroof visualfieldarea byreferingtothedefinitionof wipervisualarea.Takingthedriving positionofthevehicleastheresearchobject,thispaperanalyzes theapplicationscenarioofsunroofvision,andonthebasisof ergonomic visiondesign,combining human visual characteristics,anduses graphical method toconstruct the sunroof visual fieldboundary.Combiningtheboundaryrangeandthespecificsceneofthesunrofview,thesunroofviewareaisdesigned. The sunrof dimensionsand position aredefined,which inverselyconstrains bodystructure,then the overall surrounding structure of the sunroof is optimized.
