限扭减振器阻尼对发动机起停过程振动特性的影响分析

【Abstract]Inorder to improve the NVHcharacteristicsof the Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV)driveline during engine start-stop,the working principleand structureofthe torque-limiting damperas wellas thefactors afecting its damping characteristicsareanalyzedinrelationtothetransmisionsystemofacertainhybridvehicle.Theefectofthedampingof the torque-limitingdamperonthevibrationcharacteristicsduringtheenginestart-stopprocessisinvestigatedthrough experiments.Theexperimentalresultsshowthatincreasing thedampingof the torque-limitingdamper moderatelywithinthe permissiblerangecan efectivelyoptimize theNVHcharacteristics oftheengine during start-stopprocessand significantly reduce the vibration and noise.
