高压共轨柴油发动机新型配油转阀设计及其内部流场分析

【Abstract]In order to improve the fuel performance of diesel engine,this paper proposes a new type oil distribution rotary valve structure,which is designed basedontheworking parametersof YC4EG170-50 commonrail diesel engine.The sizeof thevalveportisobtainedbytheoreticalcalculation,andthephysicalmodelof therotaryvalvebasinisdeveloped. Thedistributionofvelocityandpresureinthebasinand theflowrateof thevalveportaresimulatedatvalvecoreanglesof 0∘ , 5∘ , 10∘ , 15∘ and 45∘ in Fluent software.The results show that the oil flow rate of the rotary valve outlet is stable at about (204号 20m/s ,and the oil pressure of the outlet is stable at about 0.2MPa ,the outlet flow rate isabout 0.4745kg/s at different valve core angles,which meets the working requirements of YC4EG17O-50 common rail diesel engine.
