混合动力发动机废气再循环系统低温冷凝析水的失火问题研究

【Abstract】This paper focuses on the problem of low temperature and high humidity environment lead to misfire on hybridengine with Exhaust GasRecirculation(EGR)system.Apowertrainenvironmentsimulationsystemiswas established to conduct experimental research.Droplet sensorsand spark plug-type cylinder pressre sensors are introduced to perform quantitativeanalysisbasedonambienttemperature,humidity,EGRrate,aswellasdropletquantityvolume,andmisfire frequency.Itre-constructEGR’scalibrationmethodandbuildaclose-lopEGRcondensation model,andverifythemultiple scenariosof stabilityand transients fuel consumptionand emission.Theresults show thattheEGRcondensation modelcan solvethe problemofEGRcondensed waterleadtomisfirequestion,andexpandthelow temperatureusingEGR'sconditions to reduce user fuel consumption.
