【Abstract]Inorder to match oil coolerof new energyvehicle electric drivesystem,this paper analyzes the key points suchas instalationspace matching,fluid parameter matching,heat disipation powermatchingandconvectionmodeselection to obtainthecalculation methods fortheheat generation powerofheatsources (such as gear meshing,gearoilagitation,bearing friction,clutchdrag,oilpump work,etc.)and thenatural heat dissipationpowerof thesystem,according towhichcooler performance parameterdesign isconducted.Electricdrivesystem temperaturerisebench testresultsshowthatthe temperature riseindex and the selection of the oil cooler meet the design requirements.
