黄炎培职业教育思想对职教本科学生工匠精神培育的启示

摘 要：文章以黄炎培职业教育思想为理论基础，通过梳理本科层次职业教育特点、新时期学生工匠精神缺失的主要特征，提出了在职业本科教育中培育工匠精神的方法和策略。

The Enlightment of Huang Yanpei’s Vocational Education Thoughton Cultivating Craftman’s Spririt for Undergraduates Students

Abstract：Based on Huang Yanpei’s vocational education thought，this paper analyzes the characteristics of undergraduate vocational education and the main features of lacking craftsman’s spirit for students in the new era，and puts forward the methods and strategies of cultivating craftsman’s spirit in vocational undergraduate education.

2019年《国务院关于印发国家职业教育改革实施方案的通知》和2021年中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发的《关于推动现代职业教育高质量发展的意见》，要求职业教育应坚持立德树人、德技并修，将发展高等职业教育作为优化高等教育结构和培养大国工匠、能工巧匠的重要方式，推动思想政治教育与技术技能培养融合统一，建设技能型社会，弘扬工匠精神，培养更多高素质技术技能人才，为全面建设社会主义现代化国家提供有力的人才和技能支撑。（剩余5971字）
