内蒙古高职院校北疆文化与工匠精神耦合育人路径研究

摘 要：将职业院校所倡导弘扬的工匠精神与北疆文化耦合，探索两者在文化溯源、内涵建设、时代价值、精神指引、育人实践、传播路径上的共通性，提出职业教育文化育人的新路径。

Research on the Coupling Cultivation Path of Northern BorderCulture and Craftsman’s Spirit in Vocational Colleges in Inner Mongolia

Abstract：The article integrates craftsman’s spirit advocated by vocational colleges with the northern border culture，explores the commonalities between the two in terms of cultural origins，connotation construction，contemporary value，spiritual guidance，educational practices，and dissemination channels，and proposes a new path of cultural education in vocational education.

北疆文化是在中华优秀传统文化的涵养下，由红色文化与社会主义先进文化共铸而成，涵盖了目前内蒙古所有的文化类型，是内蒙古广袤大地上各种优秀文化的集大成者，具有鲜明的地域特色。（剩余4516字）
