浅析职业院校培育学生新时代工匠精神的现实困境与路径

摘 要：职业院校作为培育具有工匠精神的新时代高技能人才的主阵地，肩负的重大历史使命。文章联系实际分析新时代工匠精神的全新内涵，探究职业院校学生工匠精神形成的现实困境，提出新时代工匠精神融入职业教育培育的有效路径，以期为职业院校新时代工匠文化的厚植以及师生新时代工匠精神的培育提供指导和借鉴。

A Brief Analysis of the Realistic Dilemma and Path of Vocational Colleges in Cultivating Students’ Craftsman Spirit in the New Era

Abstract：As the main position for cultivating high-skilled talents with craftsman spirit in the new era，vocational colleges shoulder a major historical mission.Based on the actual situation，this paper analyzes the new connotation of craftsman spirit in the new era，explores the practical dilemma of the formation of craftsman spirit of vocational college students，and finally gives an effective path for integrating craftsman spirit into vocational education cultivation in the new era，in order to provide guidance and reference for the cultivation of craftsman culture of vocational colleges and craftsman spirit of teachers and students in the new era.
