普通数控车床自动拉料装置设计与应用

摘 要:通过设计制作自动拉料装置,编制加工辅助控制程序,使电气系统、气动系统、拉料装置相关联,实现普通数控车床加工零件时能够自动拉料以及对零件的连续加工,可提高零件装夹效率80%,达到提升零件加工效率和自动化程度、降低操作者劳动强度的目的。

Design and Application of Automatic Bar Feeding System for
Conventional CNC Lathe

Abstract:By designing and constructing an automatic bar feeding system and developing auxiliary control programs,the electrical system,pneumatic system,and bar feeding device are interconnected.This enables the conventional CNC lathe to automatically feed the bar during part machining and achieve continuous processing of the parts.The implementation of this system can enhance the efficiency of workpiece clamping by 80%,which can get the goal of improving the efficiency and automation level of part processing and reducing the labor intensity of operators.
