垂直轴减速器的装配与调整技术

摘 要：在机械设备中，减速器的应用对保障设备安全可靠运行具有重要意义。为从根本上延长减速器设计的全寿命使用周期，需要做好减速器主要部件的装配以及调整工作。文章针对此问题，分析减速器主要配件装配要点，提出减速器主要部件的调整技术，以供参考。

Assembly and Adjustment Technology of Vertical Shaft Reducer

Abstract：In mechanical equipment，the application of reducer is of great significance to ensure the safe operation of equipment.In order to extend the whole life cycle of the reducer design fundamentally，the relevant staff need to do a good job in the assembly and adjustment of the main components of the reducer.In view of this，this paper analyzes the assembly points of the main parts of the reducer，and puts forward the adjustment technology for reference.

在煤炭开采设备中常需要低速、大扭矩与不同传动方向的设备，而电动机的转速一般都在1800r/min以上，要满足低速、大扭矩与不同传动方向的开采要求，势必就需要通过齿轮减速器的减速、增加扭矩和改变动力输出方向的作用来实现。（剩余3419字）
