Exploration of the Organized Scientific Research Path for Application-oriented Universities from the Perspective of New-quality Productive Forces

Abstract： In the context of accelerating the development of new-quality productive forces，application-oriented universities，through organized scientificresearch endeavors，canenhancediscipline development and technological innovation capabilities，promote the comprehensive progress of local economies and societies， strengthen their international reputation and influence.Theeffective implementation pathways of organized scientific research specifically include planning the blueprint of scientific research strategy；transforming the organizational paradigm of scientific research；prioritizing research team building；enhancing thequalityof talent cultivation；accelerating the transformationof scientificand technological achievements；and reforming the research evaluation mechanism.Taking Beijing Union University as an example，this section presents an analysis of its practical explorations in aspects such astop-level design，disciplinary layout，team building，talent cultivation，achievement transformation，and research evaluation. These measures contribute to enhancing the research level ofapplication-oriented universities，serving societal development，andhighlighting social responsibility.
