Abstract： During the period of total resistance againstJapaneseaggression，whenJapaneseinvaders maintained a strongruling force in the Beipingarea，the Communist Party of China （CPC） fully leveraged its unique strengths to conduct extensive and persistent anti-Japanese propaganda among Chinese compatriots，including puppet soldiers and puppet police，as well as the general public in Beiping.The primary forms of CPC'spropaganda included distributing leaflets， posting notices，printingslogans，and conductingface-to-face education.As the Japanese invaders suffered re peated failures in their "mopping-up" campaigns and the base areasbehind enemy lines grewstronger，the CPC's propaganda efforts played a significant role in winning over puppet troops and police torenounce theirallegiance to theJapanese，unitingcompatriotsinenemy-occupiedterritories， and exposing the deceptive propaganda of the Kuomintang.Theseeffortscontributedtoaccelerating thearrival ofvictory intheWarofResistance.
