Abstract：The developmentofartificial intelligenceisshiftingfromtechnologicalbreakthroughs to application integration，and scenarios，asa crucial carrierof itsapplication，have become a key entry point for examining the intelligent transformation of archival business.The connotation of scenarios can beunderstood from four dimensions：physical space，information systems，behavioral choices，andcontext.From the perspective of Al-empowered archival business， scenariosare manifested through thebasic structural elements of subject，situation，and object， andoperate dynamicallythrough processes ofdemandresponse and demand creation，which have differentiated into two Al empowerment models： ′+Al′′ and uAl+ ." Overall， scenarios providean integrative framework for the application ofartificial intelligence in archival business，coordinating technological capacity with business needs while continuously driving application innovation through dynamic evolution.
