Abstract：The MeasuresfortheManagement ofNotarialArchivesisanadministrativeregulatory document revised by the Ministry of Justice and the National Archives Administration to limprove the notarial archives management system and effectively preserve and utilize notarial archives. This article provides a detailed introduction to the revision background，process，and maincontent of these measures，aiming to offer guidance and reference for notarial institutions and archives in carrying out notarial archives managementwork.
