Abstract：Al-readydata，asthe foundational resource for supporting the training andlinference of artificial intelligence systems，has become a key indicator for evaluating the practical application of technology.The construction of A1- readydata reliesnot only on algorithm optimization and data standardization but also emphasizesthe structuring，semantic enhancement，and scheduling adaptation of data to ensure theefficient operation of intelligent systems.This paper explores how，in the context of Al empowerment，archivalresources canbetransformed from static records into knowledge units that can beintelligently accessed.It analyzes the intrinsic characteristics ofarchival data，with afocuson the internal logic and application pathways of archival resource construction undertheLargeLanguage Model and Retrieval-Augmented Generation technologyparadigm.
