交往理性视域下档案馆与公众沟通机制构建探析

——以英国国家档案馆为例

Abstract：This paper analyzes and summarizes three practical approachesto communication be tween The National Archives of the United Kingdomand the public：proactive information disclo sure，establishmentofdiversefeedbackchannels andinstitution of User Advisory Group.Based onJurgen Habermas'stheoryof communicativerationality，these resorts facilitate the development ofa communication mechanism betweenarchives and the public，encompassing the following threedimensions：the mechanism for transparent andlogicalinformationdisclosure，themechanism for rigorous communication procedures guided by organizational norms，and the dual mechanism thatcombinesin-depth interactionwithstraight forward expression.In conclusion，to enhance the quality of communication between Chinese archives and the public，this paper proposes three suggestions：increasing the approachabilityofar chiveswhile improving theorganization of informationdisclosure，optimizing the functionality ofarchival websites to foster an ideal discursive environment and strengthening intersubjective recognitiontocollectivelybuildcommunicationnorms.
