Abstract：With the advancement of digital humanities，the intelligent transformation of archivalresources has become increasingly vital for cultural preservation and innovation. However， traditional archival narrative models suffer from structural limitations： low narrative efficiency， high compilation costs，inability to comprehensively and multidimensionally present historical panoramasand details，and reliance on singular narrative mediaand perspectives.These models exhibit significant shortcomings in narrative perspective，structure，media，and efficiency.This paper proposesa generative Al-driven paradigm forreconstructing archival narratives. It examines threeethical conflictsarising from thisapproach：information distortion，the transfer ofnarrative control，and the entrenchment of historical biases.Toaddress these challenges，litestablishes the FACT governance principles centered on archivists： Fidelity，Accountability，Curation，and Transparency.Thisframework offersactionable solutions for archival institutions to harness generative Al technology while balancing technological innovation withcorearchivalvalues.
