Lightweight effectiveness evaluation method for high altitude airships for both qualitative and quantitative indicators

Abstract:High altitude airships possess advantages such as long endurance in the air and low energy consumption,making them highly valuable for applications in information monitoring and long-term communication.Considering the coupling between the airship platformand payload in terms of performance indicators,a lightweight efectiveness evaluation method is proposed,integrating both qualitative and quantitative indicators.First,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is employed to transform qualitative indicators,which cannot be directlyused for data analysis,into quantitative indicators,thereby achieving complete quantification of multiple types of indicators.Next,through maximum information coeffcient correlation analysis based on fuzzy C-means clustering,select indicators related to the focus indicators and constructa scientific lightweight evaluation system.Then,a combined subjective and objective weighting method based on expert ranking evaluation is proposed,and the efectivenessevaluation results are obtained by calculating weights based on the lightweight evaluation system.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed efectiveness evaluation method is verified through acase study.This lightweight effectiveness evaluation method can support high altitude airship design and optimization,helping to shorten development cycles and reduce costs.
