【Abstract】：To address thecurrnt situation where the traditional separateoperation modeof metro stationcontrol roms and customer service centers can no longer meet service and eficiency requirements，this study explore an innovativeintegratedsolutionbyintegrating functionsandoptimizing systemarchitecture.Iaims to effectively utilize underground space，thereby enhancing operational efficiency and improving passenger experience.Additionally，the feasibilityand effectiveness of the solutionaredemonstratedthrough case studies.
