Intelligent Traction Alignment Equipment for Underfloor Wheel Lathe Based on Quality Control(QC) Methodoloy

【Abstract】:To addressthe issues of long operationtime,por accuracy,and low effciencyoftraction alignment equipment forunderfloor whellathes,,this study employs quality control(QC)methodology.Firstly,the 5M1E analysis method was used to confirm the feasibility of goals from perspectives including personnel resources,research and development capability and technical collaboration.Then,brainstorming method was applied to propose technical solutions for radio frequency (RF)wireless traction alignment equipment,image recognition-based intelligent traction alignment equipment,and laser radar &image recognition tractionalignment equipment.Subsequently,the 5W1H analysis method was utilized to formulate and implement countermeasures focusing on clamping mechanism,image recognition,convolutional neural network algorithm,and assemblydebugging.Finally,the effectiveness of the QC methodology was verified through validation tests.
