【Abstract】:Inorder tosolvetheproblemofpoorprecisioninadjusting theaerationvalveopeninginbiologicalponds,this paperdesigned a control system forthe aeration valve opening.By disassembling the mechanical structure of theaeration valve andanalyzing theexisting controllogic for valveopening,adeep reconstructionof the operational strategy was conducted inconjunction with data analysis.An aeration valve opening control system was established,which enhanced the levelofcontrol precision and the speed of conversion.Theoretical analysis and comparisons with test data validation showed that the system was effective and practical.
