(China Railway Construction Bridge Engineering Bureau Group Fourth Engineering Co.Ltd.,Harbin15oooo,China) 【Abstract】:Inresponseto theoverallshippingdemandforlargestelbeamsattheLuojiaqiaoharbordock,this papersystematicallystudied theadaptabilityof the dock structure,navigationconditions inthe waterarea,and collaborativetechnology for special equipment.Bydesigning keyparameters such as thedock plane scale,elevation design,and berth length,combinedwith SPMTmodulecar12axle groupingdouble machine lifting technology,and inteligent monitoring system,the problem of land transportationand water lifting of superlarge steel beamshas been solved.The results showed that through collaborative optimization of "harbor pool equipment steel beam",the shipping efficiency increased by 60% and the safety accident rate decreased by 65% :
