Abstract:Thisarticleaims toexplorethedefinitionof mechanismsandlikeparticlesandwhetherthereisapossibilityof optimizingthe widthofthe stripsieve holes.Bychanging the widthofthestripsieveholes,acomparative studywasconducted betwenthemodifiedstripsieveandthenationalstandardstripsieve(O.45timessieve)toinvestigate thedetectionrateofflake particlesinthestripsieveandtheefectofregularparticlesonthepeformanceof theadhesivesandafterremoving flake particles.Basedontheexperimental results,the most suitable width ofthestrip sieve holes was determined.Theresults showedthatastripsieve withamesh widthofO.55 timestheaverageparticlesizerangeof the mechanismsand particles(0.55 timessieve)hadhigher screning effciencycomparedtothenational standard stripsieve(O.45timessieve),and the evaluationofflakeparticleswasmorereasonable.Itsregularpartclesweremostbeneficialtotheperformanceofthebinderand concrete;The thresholdforthecontentofflake particles incorresponding ClassImechanismsandshouldbecontrolled within 20% :
