Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the operational freedom treatment eficacy the paramedian endoscopic approachin surgeries for hypertensivecerebellarhemorrhage.MethodsThe clinical data 11patients with hypertensivecerebelar hemorrhage who underwent the paramedian endoscopic approach in Neurosurgery， Liaoning Hospital wereanalyzedretrospectively.The preoperative consciousness level，hemorrhage extent，operation time postoperative hematoma clearanceratewere observed.ResultsImmediate postoperative head CT scans showed that the hematoma clearance rate was over 90% in 10 patients 70% -90%in1 patient.After 3 months follow-up，1O patients survived 1 died.According to the modified Rankin scale，8 cases scored 0-2 points，2 cases scored 3 points，O cases scored 4-5 points，1 case scored 6 points.ConclusionsThe paramedian endoscopic approach for treating hypertensive cerebelar hemorrhage fers high operational freedom，allowing precise eficient hematomaremoval，reducing surgical trauma complications， promoting neurological recovery.Itisasafeefective minimallyinvasive treatment method.
