谷子逆境相关功能基因组学研究进展

摘要 植物抗逆境胁迫研究是热点科学问题之一,随着极端天气频发,谷子作为一种典型的抗旱耐贫瘠作物在农作物种植业结构调整中发挥的作用越来越重要。阐述了谷子近些年来在分子水平研究、谷子逆境相关基因以及挖掘应用方面的进展,以及抗逆基因研究发展前景,为谷子抗逆遗传育种以及抗性机理的解析提供理论依据。

Abstract The study of plant resistance to stress and adversity is one of the hot scientific issues.With the frequent occurrence of extreme weather,millet,as a typical drought-resistant and barren crop,plays an increasingly important role in the adjustment of crop planting structure.This paper,reviewed the research progress of stress-related gene families and gene mining in recent years,and prospected the development prospect of stress-related functional genes in millet,in order to provide reference for the development of stress-related directions in millet,the analysis of resistance mechanism and the breeding of resistant varieties.
