糟渣类饲料作为饲料原料在畜禽生产中的应用现状

摘要 我国糟渣类饲料资源丰富，分布广泛，价格低廉，用作动物饲料原料具有非常高的应用价值。主要搜集和梳理了糟渣类饲料原料的类别、特点以及白酒糟、啤酒糟、豆腐渣和果渣作为饲料原料在动物生产中的应用现状及前景。研究发现，糟渣类饲料可以作为豆粕-玉米基础日粮替代计划的选项。

Application Status of Feeds of Dregs as Raw Material of Livestock and Poultry Feed in Animal Production

Abstract In China，the feeds of dregs resources are abundant，widely distributed and low in price，and has high application value as an animal feed raw material.The categories and characteristics of the feeds of dregs were collected and sorted，as well as the application status and prospect of white wine lees，beer lees，bean curd residue and fruit residue as feed materials.Research has found that residue feeds can be used as an option in a soybean meal-corn-based diet replacement program.

海关总署全年粮食进口数据显示，2021年我国进口大豆9 651万t，占世界大豆总出口量的59.68%，占国内大豆总消费量的82.77%［1］；2022年全年我国累计进口粮食14 687.2万t，同比降低10.7%；累计进口大豆9 108.1万t，同比降低5.6%，进口量有所下降，但进口成本大幅走高，创历年新高。（剩余10722字）
