新农科背景下广西农学专业创新型人才培养模式研究

摘要  广西大学农学专业为国家及广西地区培养了大批高层次人才和创新应用型人才。针对新农科发展的需要，以广西大学农学专业为例，对农学专业人才培养中存在的问题、广西大学农科资源优势、农学专业创新型人才培养模式等进行了探讨，以期为农业高校农林人才培养提供思路和借鉴。

Research on the Training Mode of Agronomy Major in Guangxi Under the Background of New Agricultural Science

Abstract  The agronomy major of Guangxi University has trained a large number of high-level talents and innovative and applied talents for the country and Guangxi. In view of the need for development under the background of new agricultural science， taking the agronomy major of Guangxi University as an example， this paper discussed the existing problems in the talent cultivation of agronomy major， the advantages of agricultural resources of Guangxi University， and the cultivation mode of innovative talents in agronomy major， so as to provide ideas and references for the cultivation of agricultural and forestry talents in agricultural universities.
