新文科建设背景下茶文化课程思政教学实践探索

摘 要：中国是茶的故乡，也是茶文化的发源地。茶文化承载的不仅是一种极富质感的生活方式，也是深厚的文化意蕴，是中国文化的一种具体体现。该文介绍了在新文科背景下，皖西学院对茶文化教学进行优化，与茶企合作走产学研道路，创新教学理念和学生社团合作，以赛促学，最终实现课程思政教学目的。

Exploration on Ideological and Political Teaching Practice of Tea Culture Course under the Background of New Liberal Arts

Abstract： China is the hometown of tea and the birthplace of tea culture. Tea culture carries not only a very textured way of life， but also profound cultural connotation， which is a concrete manifestation of Chinese culture. Under the background of the new liberal arts， the research optimized the teaching of tea culture， cooperated with tea companies to take the road of production， education and research， innovated teaching concepts and cooperated with student associations， promoted learning through competition， and finally achieved the purpose of ideological and political teaching of the course.

2021年3月，教育部发布《教育部办公厅关于推荐新文科研究与改革实践项目的通知》，着力开始新文科研究与改革实践工作，并颁布了《新文科研究与改革实践项目指南》，为新文科建设发展指明了方向。（剩余5080字）
