新形势下河南烟叶高质量发展优势与对策

摘 要：该文对烟叶发展形势出现的新变化、河南烟叶高质量发展的优势及存在问题进行了分析，提出了增强烟叶规模调控的能力、提高供给对需求的适应性、提高烟区高质量发展能力、培育烟叶产业发展新动能、打造烟叶名牌等对策建议，为进一步推进河南烟叶高质量发展提供参考。

Advantages and Countermeasures of High Quality Tobacco Leaf Development in Henan Under New Situation

Abstract： This article analyzed the new changes have taken place in the situation， advantage ad difficulty of the tobacco high quality development.Put forward some feasible high quality development ways.For example， strengthen ability of regulation production scale， improve the adaptability of supply to demand，improving the ability of high-quality development in tobacco-growing areas，new growth drivers for the tobacco industry ，create famous tobacco brands and so on， that expected to provide reference for tobacco high quality development in Henan.
